Using Trading Strategies

In this post, I want to share how really, really easy it is to trade these days. I remember in early 2000 when we have to rely on professional analyst plotting on long paper charts in preparation for market opening. These days, information is available in real time at your finger tips.

In Trading view, not only can you do advanced plots and charts for your own analysis, leverage trading ideas from reputable analyst, you can also leverage indicators and trading strategies that are either built-in or written by other traders.

I'm using OCC Strategy by JustUncleL on XAUUSD 4hr chart with an accuracy of 83%. I buy and sell whenever it tells me to and win 3/4 of the time. There are many other strategies for you to choose one that work for the stock/ currency/ precious metal trades and time frame.

It doesn't tell you where to put your stops nor does it always trigger a trade at the most optimum price but if you choose the right strategy, you'll be winning with the less risk and effort required.

Be kind to one another

I have been reading up on forum these days and am sadden by how immature some people can be. There are many new players in the market these days. Some trading to take advantage of the COVID market crash, others trading etched out a living after losing their job. Instead of helping each other, many choose to berate, jeer and give out bad advice for their own satisfaction and goals.

We should know that contrary to believes, we do not trade against each other (at least 95% of the time). This is because majority of retail traders do not sell call or puts; we buy them from institutions. Therefore, we are trading against big players and your loss is not my win.

Guys, if you are reading this. Be kind to each other.

“So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them.” - Matthew 7:12
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” - Ephesians 4:3
